Rotary table
The Rotary Table is located on the Press’ Movable Plate and allows the positioning of the mold according to your needs.
Control and activation are fully electric to ensure speed, accuracy and repeatability in the rotation. To ensure maximum accuracy, the table is also equipped with optical systems that reveal the exact position of the table itself to the tenth of a millimeter.
Our rotary tables are equipped with coded standard holes to fix the mold that makes it valid and interchangeable for any type of press, while the holes of the extraction will instead be adapted to the press and chosen to your needs.
The programming of the rotary table is realized through the use of a color touch screen that allows, in a simple and intuitive way, the programming of all the parameters necessary for the use of the table itself.
Our rotary tables, which communicate with the press through a specific EUROMAP interface, have as standard a remote assistance service through a simple WIFI connection. This service enables us to perform, from the comfort of our home, the control settings and to install any software updates.
Our technicians are available upon request to develop specific projects for specific requirements of space and dimensions.
